A vulcanizable neoprene compound that flows easily within the range of mold temperatures from 260ºF to 330ºF (127ºC to 166ºC). Bonds readily to all types of neoprene jacket compounds. Chemically bonds to the original jacket without the need of a bonding agent. Provides a water-proof covering with outstanding resistance to oil and abrasion.
